Is bi-wire worse in some applications?

Just curious what others experiences and opinions are. I took one run off my speakers this week and am becoming more convinced each day they sound better uin many respects. Thanks.

Some speaker manufacturers, Silverline among them, actually discourage bi-wiring. Follow the manufacturer's recommendations IMO.
I haven't attempted to use bi-wires since I have owned Pass Labs amps, which do not have two terminals, but felt that the Castle Howards I was using a year or so back sounded notably better with single wire connections rather than bi-wire. You may not be imagining things...
For all the speakers I have ever owned / that were biwire capable---all sounded better with 2 sep. runs of the same cable---whatever that wire happened to be. The last 4 speakers I have owned, don't allow b'wire.
