Is anyone using a CJ PV-2Ar Pre Amp?

Is anyone still using a CJ PV-2Ar preamp? If so, what amp are you using it with? I am thinking of pairing it with a Forte 4 amp and a pr of Magnepan SMGa's in a second system. Any ideas before I get it all together?
Does anyone have the owner's manual for the preamp?
