ipod classic compatable options w flash drive etc

I have 3 160 gb Ipod classics that i interface with a touch screen car stereo setup. With Apple no longer making these is there anyone out there who makes a high quality one that utilizes flash drive memory instead of a hard drive and a higher quality dac. Also that would be able to interface with the old Apple connector to a touch screen head unit?
