Offhand, I know of no company that makes cables specifically for certain frequencies. As Rrog has asked, coherency would be off the table. All companies go for the all-in-one approach. Usually they have different levels of improvement in their lines, which is one way you can go.
Is it necessary to go balanced? I only ask because if you come across an IC that really works for you but is somewhat reticent, say, in the lower mids and bass, you could bi-wire just that one area with the same type wire to see if it helps any.
Set aside some time for trial and error. There are several companies that give you 30 day return offers. Try to ask for wires that are already broken in and order several at the same time from the same and other vendors and be prepared to drive yourself crazy for a weekend or two.
