instructions to transform raven one in raven two

I bought kit to transform my raven one in two
i need to know steps to change my raven one in raven two.
i have some problems to remove top pulley of motor.

Have you tried contacting Thomas Woschnik directly through the TW Acustic website? (Or the local distributor?)

Can you describe the problem with the pulley?
Is it seized (stuck)?
