Innuos Zenith can't connect to my.innuos

Hi--

Just took my new Innuos Zenith Mk III out of the box and hooked it up to an ethernet
port on my router to my Win 10 desktop and can see it fine (including its empty file
folders, lol) but as soon as I try to go to my.innuos.com to begin fw d/l and setup, their
page says no Innuos server found.  I guess they can't see my i.p. address so I've tried
re-starting the Mk III, turning off my A/V, checking and turning off auto port routing and a
bunch of similar things but nothing works so they can see my device and I can finish
setting it up to actually use it, lol.

It's the middle of a weekend night in G.B. so not expecting much help from Innuos.  Not to mention
their "support" website is the most barren I've ever seen.  Only a copy of their Quick Start Guide, which
I already have, and a broken link (404 error) to their assumedly more in-depth user manual.  No FAQs, trouble-shooting
guides, user communities, etc.

Any input appreciated.

I honesty had the same thing and got a new USB flash drive tonplug in.

Don't know what happened. Even made sure the formats was right as it was working before.
Anyone have any USB connection issues?

I have my Zenith MK3 and have been loading music onto it via USB and all of a sudden it told me my USB wasn't formated correctly (try NFTS or FAT23), but my USB is NFTS and has been working.

This just happened... Was running old 1.49, but now upgraded to 2.06 and still have the issue.

Sent an email to customer support.

The 2.0+ sound improvement however is EXCELLENT!!!

More dynamic and detailed with better separation. Really sounds more crisp and focus, but manages more width in the sound field. Bass/sub however is something I need to play around with more (all a room problem for me, and has been).
Yep, all's well.

Running v1.49 and everything works, have to update to v2.0 to get Innuos sense, but am holding off for a week or so to get a better handle on the current sound qualities to then better compare post update.

I've heard great things though about the sound improvements post v2.0.
The Innuos Sense app will not work until you do the 2.0.x upgrade. Then the Orangesqueeze  app will no longer work.
I had problems with my Zenith not bring recognized. I contacted Innuous on a Thursday. They responded post haste and on Monday they did a remote session with my computer and all was well. They're customer service is top-notch. Do contact them.
@OP,
Do you have any firewalls on your PC? Router settings?
Do you have any extensions running on your search engine?

I found my Google Adblock Plus and a couple others messed up the Innuos connection.-Hence, my use of MS Edge. And, I didn't need to add any extensions to make it work.

It you type the Innuos server IP address in the address bar of your browser your innuos server should come right up. I had the same problem with the upgrade to 2.05 on my Zen Mk3. I’m not familiar with Orange Squeeze but the Zen IP address should be viewable somewhere in that app.

Good facebook Innuos owners group btw https://www.facebook.com/groups/2332688600292230.

2.05 is a great upgrade otherwise.  Quite an upgrade in sound quality.
Hello All,

I just booted up my Zenith MK3 and got everything working through Orange Squeeze, but trying to now use the Innuos Sense app, and it keeps saying "Could not find Innuos music server".

My unit is online, and the Orange Squeeze seems to be working and got my Tidal account up and running and have current version 1.4.9 running.

I emailed customer support, but figured I'd through this problem out here also for help.

Appreciate it.
http: zenith now says the Innuos is offline though I can see the
appropriate data lights on both end of the ethernet connection.
gdnrbob3--

thanks for the input.  on Edge, it wanted me to ADD extensions,
which worked fine.  but like I said above, once i asked for
Roon  core integration and it finished can't see anything anywhere, lol.
Ha ha, this a complete fiasco.  vin998, "zenith" worked fine, thank you.
set everything up as I wanted and then clicked on configure
for Roon core. it did all that, gave me a success message.

went to Roon app on my desktop and it simply can't find the
Innuos as a Roon core and I can no longer see the Innuos
anywhere on my local network.  essentially bricked until
I can figure out how to do a factory reset or something.
I had the same issue. I was using Google Chrome and some of the extensions blocked Innous. When I used MS Edge, I had no problem.

Thanks guys--meant to answer sooner but went to a different
computer and didn't  have my sign-in info stored, lol.

Will post if I find anything.
I have had similar problems. See if the response pasted below from Innuos can help you
Thanks for reaching Innuos support.

The Zen you are connecting in the same conditions as your Mini, doesn't have the same IP address as the Mini. Your browser and apps are looking for a device at the address of the mini... You have to erase this memory...
Go in your browser settings and clear the History. Retype ''my.innuos.com'', do not accept and shortcut, bookmark or auto fill... You have to type it all. If both the Mini and the Zen are connected to your network, you should see them both. Alternatively, you can type ''\\zen\'' (Windows) or ''zen.local'' (Apple) in your Browser and you will find it. In Orange Squeeze, you have to reload the server.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Thank you! Best regards.   Emmanuel Le Quere
