If Nordost won't shorten & terminate it's own speaker cables who can please? Thank you!

The title says it s all. Looking at Red Dawn and Blue Heaven speaker cables, both the latest generation.  Thank you in advance for your thoughts on a solution(s) in North America amigos :-)

I wouldn't have anyone but Nordost alter their cable.

If you can, up your game and get Heimdall. That's where it starts with their specific engineering. It's more of the "middle of the line" for all the Norodost traits. I started off with Blue Heaven and eventually went all Heimdall from the wall to speakers. Worth the expense if your ears agree with the Nordost way. Otherwise, you probably can find another brand for less, with similar traits.
Thank you both very much.

Funny, I’m currently auditioning a Heimdall main power cord for my system. A very clear improvement to my system’s sound. Impressive in fact. Your suggestion was already on my mind and makes going all Heimdall more tempting. Thank you.
Nordost will not re-terminate my Tyr phono cable from a RCA to a DIN connector...what the heck!!!
Nordost will re-terminate their cable with different connectors. I have had Nordost power cords, interconnects, and speaker cables re-terminated by Nordost  to deal with changes in equipment.

The work was done promptly at a reasonable price. The work looked perfect. All work was handled through my dealer.

The question in its context is a little hard to understand. If you are auditioning current production cables, why wouldn't you buy them with the desired terminations to start?
Nope. Nordost told me they cannot re-terminate my phono cable with a DIN connector.
@daveyf

I am not disagreeing with you, I am sharing my experience, which is different than yours.
Sharing my experience circa 2006:

A kitten who was teething chewed on a new pair of Blue Heaven speaker cables near one banana plug. So I made a phone call to Nordost. The fellow that I spoke with got a good laugh out of my situation and offered to fix them for a nominal charge. Nordost shortened the cables by about one foot. The turnaround time was brief. And the cables sounded even better after being broken-in by my kitties.

That’s rather odd.
Did they mean "cannot" - perhaps because the connector can’t accommodate the thickness of your cable?
Or did they simply mean they will not perform the service?
If the latter, I suggest you contact your dealer for assistance. That’s what they’re for.
One thing Nordost will NOT do is shorten cables for convenience.
If you purchased used cables that are too long, they will not shorten them.

One thing I do question is their claim of "tuned length". I think it's a built in "safety" excuse for such requests?

That's defensible if the cable was purchased used, although if it's true I don't think it's a good policy. Why not just charge the customer whatever fee it needs to to make a small profit?
The rep for Nordost told my dealer that the factory cannot re-terminate my phono cable going from RCA to DIN. I am under the impression that it is technically not possible, BUT I have a very hard time understanding this.
Nordost did re-terminate my Red Dawn 2 speaker cables, going from mini spades to regular size spades, and their pricing was fair.
Selling my Tyr phono cable with RCA’s to go to a Tyr phono cable with DIN isn’t exactly that palatable.
