Ideck vs. Computer Speakers

I think I have narrowed down my search for speakers for my ipod to the ideck and the altec lansing fx6021 computer speakers (and getting the idock to connect my ipod). Anyone have any thoughts on which is a better option? or any other ideas for speakers for my ipod. i do like that i can connect my tv to the altec lansing, and i think the ideck has another input...
so, any other ideas appreciated.
