I cannot switch off a Jadis Defy 7. Help

My tube power amp is on at all times even when the power switch at the front is in the "off" position. I switched it off yesterday and I found this problem today. Other than that, it is still working.

This is a Jadis Defy 7 tube power amp.

Anyone has any idea of the problem? Please advise.
