Hummel's Op.61

Can anyone identify what Hummel's op.61 is? I heard this on a local radio station and was referred to their website. The website only listed that it was played and not what it exactly was. It's a wonderful piece of music and I would like to try and find out more about it. An internet search so far has yeilded nothing.
