Yep, iTunes has a lots of choices. I just checked and there are 25 categories listed on iTunes and that probably translates to thousands of stations. You can save the ones you like to a playlist for ease of use in the future.
There are a lot of good ones but my favorite is Radio Paradise which is free listener supported internet radio. I stream it through my itunes. They offer lots of streaming sound options. Check out their playlist and see if it is for you. all the best.http://www.radioparadise.com/
