How Jolida JD100 performs as a transport

I am planning to purchase a Tri Vista 21 DAC and plan the use the JD100 as transport.
How do you think the JD100 will perform?

The tubes are what makes the JD as good as it is. I owned two of these players at different times, and sold the first one due (mostly) to lack of resolution. Bought it again for the warmth and rhythm I remembered but I had forgotten about the resolution thing; sold it too. Other than resolution, a fine cdp and definitely worth the money in any case.
