How does the Day -Sequerra FM Reference rank ?

I listen to both rock and classical music and live close to New York City. I am using Tandberg 3001A and Accuphase T-101 tuners which are fine, but if I were to seek out the best sounding units, would the Day-Sequerra FM Reference and Dynalab MD-108 units produce a substantial improvement in sound or would the price differential not be worth the difference.
