Hovland Nine Line speaker cables?

Can anyone comment on the Hovland Nine Line speaker cables?
They are the least expensive of the two Hovland speaker cables and am curious as to what they sound like or what they might be comparable to. If you HAVE heard them you might also list a cable that was above and below them by a small margin.Thanks for your comments!
