Hot Droplet?

Yes, they do run hot. We are in a small Manhattan Studio apartment and it has not yet been an issue for me.

Think in terms as not as hot as big tube amps or Class A SS amps ... and you will get a better feel for the heat. It is more along the lines of Dynaco Stereo 70 in heat output (in my experience.)

I have spoken with a few others who have verified they run no hotter that a tube CD does and that the sound quality is amazing for the price.
