"High end speaker covers" do we need them?

Probably not, are they cool..yes do they look great yes..are they functional yes.I recently had some custom covers made by a guy on ebay..he goes by the name coconutcovers. His craftsmanship and sewing is impeccable..He did a set of Wine color with gold cursive for my Accordos and Cremonas...they turned out stunning. I had him make covers for the rest of my collection.....l like them because it keeps people's hands off them, after cleaning your speakers it keeps them dust free...lt also shows people your meticulous and care about your equipment...anyway, he has my endorsement..he does custom artisan work...just thought l would put this info out there, thanks

I suppose it's the same reason people cover there expensive cars when not in use......If l hit the lotto and order up a set of candy apple red Wilson Chronosonic XVX speakers with matching pair of Thors hammer subs you bet they'll have red velour embroiderd covers on them....they should be included for the 400 thousand.

IMO....covers look and make the speakers less intimidating and less "in your face" when you enter the room,if you have friends our people over and there curious and want to listen, you can remove the covers and have the French restaurant "wah la"" factor......or if your by yourself with multiple speakers you can focus better on the set your listening to..its all fun 😉
