I ordered and paid for a high end cable from this company a month ago. I received one email from them (Claudia) regarding my order. Nothing since then. They are not responding to emails. I’d like to cancel my order at this point and get a refund (Paid via Paypal). Any suggestions? Thanks , Jeff
I'm still waiting for my order. It seems that it's been stuck in Jersey City, NJ since May 7, 2020. I know the COVID situation has really turned things upside down, however, that doesn't excuse not returning emails.
