I assume that you are using a Windows Computer? If so have you added the relevant drivers?
Help with NAD M51 USB issues
Hoping someone can provide some insight into issues I'm having with my M51.
I'm connecting directly to my pc using a USB cable (I've switches out cables so I'm pretty sure it's not the cable).
The M51 recognizes the pc and shows a locked connection. But when I try to play something through it, be it Youtube or Tidal nothing happens. With Youtube I get a error message about restarting the computer (which I have done) and the message says "audio renderer issue". Tidal just shows it's loading but never starts to play.
The M51 does work if optical or coaxial inputs are used.
Any help is appreciated.
