Help - Tubelover has to built a hometheater budget

Hi Guys out there.
I am in a dilemma. I have a really nice Jolida 502A/audio alchemy phono pre VPI/Micro Benz setup. I listen to Vinyl only and built a hometheater. After a few trials did I realize that no SS receiver will match the musical performance of my Jolida.

I am now looking for a multichannel power amp that is in the $2000 - $3000 PRICERANGE that could get me AT LEAST A LITTLE CLOSER to the sonic pleasure of the J.

I would only need 3 - 5 channels

PLEASE help

Sorry Guys fro the late reply I have not figured out how to read my on postings Duh!!

Anyway I like the ideas of using the Jolida in my setup but am not certain that I could use a pre/processor AND a amp with a pre and power section (any advise from EE wellcome)

Tiger: I like the idea and will check out the unit.

Cleaneduphippy: I have a DVD with multiouts (midlevel Phillips piece from a few back).

Questions : why are people using processors if they channel separation is allready built in the DVD. I always thought that you needed some pretty beefie CPU horsepower to decode the DTS and Dolby stuff.

As you can seee I am pretty clueless when it comes to HT :-)

Maybe anybody can shed some light on the issue.....
