Help on installing tubes, biasing...ARC VT100mk2

I just picked up an ARC VT100 mk2
This is my first tube amp, and I know just about nothing about the care/maintenance/setup, etc..!
so any help would be great!
Some questions I have:
1) what is biasing? what tools do I need to do it.
2) is there a "how to" website for the ARC VT100 mk2?
3) is everything explained in the manual? (still waiting for it to arrive)
4) recommendations on changing the power cord? or anything that could be of interest?

Its going to be mated with a set of Taylor Acoustic Ref Monitors, and run directly from a CAL CL15 cdPlayer.

Also, I would let the amp settle with it's stock power cord (it's actually very good in that it just seems to get out of the way of the music.) before considering any aftermarket power cords; you may find that you don't actually need one.
