HELP New tube integrate bias problem.
Hello all,
Just received my first new tube integrated.
I connected my speakers and CD, turned it on and let it warm up for an hour.
I checked the bias on the right side and set all to the specified 1.5 volts. I checked the left side and find that I cannot adjust the voltage above 0.5 volts.
Is this bad tubes? Should I continue to operate the amp like this?
Please let me know I am a neophyte with tubes.
