help determining which Audience Phono cable matches best to my Lyra Kleos cart?


I'm having very, very good luck hearing improvements over my Audience AU24E and SE cables with an upgrade to their SX versions.  I want to try their SX phono cables, but I can't for the life of me find/figure out for sure which of the two MC versions to buy (if I'm going to spend the money, might as well pick the "right" one)...
  • Low Z - for moving coil cartridges with internal resistance up to 30 ohms.
  • High Z - for moving coil cartridges with internal resistance between 30 and 100 ohms

  • The specs for the Kleos are as follows, but I'm not smart enough to know how to determine "internal resistance" unless it's stated as something different or a combo of the math:

    • Output voltage: 0.5mV@5cm/sec., zero to peak, 45 degrees (CBS test record, other test records may alter results)
    • Recommended load directly into MC phono input: 95.3ohm ~ 816ohm (determine by listening, or follow detailed guidelines in user manual)
    • Recommended load via step-up transformer: 5 ~ 15ohm (step-up transformer's output must be connected to 10kohm ~ 47kohm MM-level RIAA input, preferably via short, low-capacitance cable)
    My Kleos cart is on a VPI 3D 9" tonearm and I am probably going to order a 1M to replace the 0.5M regular SE RCAs I'm using now to give me a little more distance/less tight fit to the Sim Audio Moon LP 5.3 phono pre.  I don't know if the distance matters in the calculation of resistance?

    Given I'm not using a step-up but instead going directly to the MC input on my LP 5.3 phono pre, does that middle bullet from Lyra imply I should be ordering a High Z version, or is it more complicated than that?

    Thanks dover...Got the low Z one and upgraded the last remaining cables in all paths to SX and it's a really nice improvement.  I'm able to turn things up much louder and I think getting a little more bass to boot, which ironically caused me to find a low frequency resonance on my tone arm at the higher volumes!  Fortunately I moved the table away from the speaker at tad and can avoid it!
