Head-Fi Rack Recommendation

Setting up a small Head-Fi rig & need a stand...Found 2 good choices on Amazon..First is solid hardwood..Second is Angle Iron with a particle board top...I have really nice 1" thick Walnut/Maple cutting board and Vibrapods for final support & isolation of components...Opinions please...

If there is no sound to disturb the tubes I can't see  that justification either, but then I'm easily confused...
Why would you need isolation for a headphone rig? You live in a construction site trailer? Share the listening space with a Flamenco dance school? Digital jitter is actual jitter? Listen to headphones REALLY REALLY loud? Lots of pesky seismic tremors? Train goes by 10 feet from the window like in a Blues Brothers movie? Listening space in the bilge of a Niagara Falls tour boat? That's all I've got for now...need answers...

I'm looking to buy a rack and might go with Solidsteel.
