Have you received bogus offers from Nigeria?

I have received a scam email offer to buy a CD player offering an amount over what I am asking. They ask you to send the excess funds to them right away to an address in Lagos, Nigeria. This scam is very common. The check is a forgery and will bounce. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
