approach with healthy skepticism: anyone who's experimented with isolation & coupling products would not expect much from this oversimplified arrangement
Has one ever heard of Stereostackers?
Trying to resolve some space problems with a recently obtained power amp. Found this web site--stereostacker--that sell these clips that attach to the components so that they can be stacked together. Right now the power amp sits on top of my CDP. I know that stacking is no-no. I also don't like a 30lb piece of equipment sitting on the CDP even with vibration considerations aside. The stereostackers are supposed to prevent vibrations and keep the equipment from actually touching. Anyone know anything about this? Does it work? Any skepticism? faith? etc.
