Has anyone heard the Emotive audio Sira preamp?

I have only heard about this preamp from a fellow Audiogon member. Has anyone compared it to more common preamps such as the Suprateks (I am currently using the Chenin), Thors, ARC CJ preamps. The Emotive Audio preamps look very interesting and any thoughts would be appreciated. Bob
