Grado A+ for customer service
I have a Grado Prestige green MM cartridge that I have used over the years.
It was off of my turntables for a while while I tried some other cartridges. The stylus guard (factory packaging) that I put it in for storage destroyed the cartridge body since the guard fit so tightly. I called Grado, sent them a few pics, and they stood behind their product and sent me a replacement.
I wanted to give them a shout-out. I appreciate companies that stand behind their goods. My issue was clearly caused by their packaging, and they made it right. A+ for Grado customer service!
