There are no good receivers. The more bells and whistles the worse the sound. $500 will however get you a wide selection of integrated amps any of which will be a lot better than any receiver. By any I mean any, regardless of price.
Good receiver for Infinity Cascade Speakers
I was using a Harman AVR 1710S until recently when it stopped putting signal to one of my surrounds. I have 4 Infinity Cascade model 9 Speakers, 2 model 5 surrounds, 3c center and the 12CH subwoofer. I'm in the market for a newer receiver with all the bells and whistles like Dolby Atmos and DTS+. Any recommendations under $500 are appreciated.
