I just bought an Eroica H and installed it yesterday using the MM input on my amp. It works fine so is the high output model.
It had no markings as to H or LX. In fact the manual that came with it referred to the Eroica and Eroica LX. I am guessing your unmarked one is the H model assuming the box for the LX indicates in is the LX model.
Only guessing though.
