Apply a few drops into the oil fill hole at the top of the bearing. You can use any light machine oil or sewing machine oil as long as there are no detergents in it as they can gum up the sintered bronze bushings.
Garrard 301: Where to lubricate?
Hello,
Where does one apply lubricating oil on a 301? Are there two places? Is one location the felt pad that surrounds the spindle?
And, what type of oil does one apply? Do different places get different oils?
