I've owned both and preferred the gallos in every area sonically although I think the mini stratas are aesthetically more appealing. Certainly a much wider soundstage for the gallos due to the tweeter used in the gallos. I recommend you audition a pair and come to your own conclusions.
Gallo 3.1s... how do they compare to Strata minis
I have had the Strata minis for a while and like them. However, ive always wanted a pair of Gallos even though I have never heard them. Im hoping someone here can explain some of the sound signature differences between these speakers? What would be changing, what would I be trading off? Any ideas or guidance is nice.
