Feedback on Manley Lab Series 100 Monoblocks

So, I purchased a pair of Manley Lab Series 100 Monoblocks on the auction site for what I thought was a pretty good price (~$600). No history, so no idea how much life is left on the tubes. However, they were very poorly packed and some of the switches were broken (triode/tetrode and a pot on the back side). Otherwise, there doesn’t appear to be any damage, but I haven’t powered them up yet. The seller also mentioned a potential capacitor issue that needs to be looked into.

There isn’t a ton of information out there. Manley does have some info, including the owner’s manual, on their site, but I didn't find much else. So, anyone have any experience with these? Are they worth the effort, or would you ship them back for a refund.
