Favourite labels

Do you have any favourite labels for CDs, or just a preference: what would you definitely buy, and what you definitely wouldn't?

I've been listening to various Proprius(ous?) recordings while auditioning speakers and have found them to be of unvarying high quality. Also, CALA recordings seem quite well made to me, as do ECM. Finally, I recently found a recording by Teldec (Scheherezade, Masur/NYP) that was very well recorded.
That's an extensive list! Are most of, let's say, ECM recordings are of consistently high quality?
Pretentious winos w/ expensive tastes often get razzed for being label drinkers. I try not to be a label listener, but when (pretentiously) going through the racks or browsing online, seeing one of these labels will make me spazz out for a second:
ECM
Intakt
Ambience Magnetiques
Intuition
Tzadik
Cryptogramophone
Avant
Knitting Factory
Unit
Cuneiform
Ramboy
Justin Time
9Winds
Love Slave

Thirsty Ear
Spool

Not saying that everything on one of these labels is a keeper, but most titles are an interesting listen and very well recorded.
I listen to gothic ethreal music. Here are the major labels and the web sites:

I listen to a lot of Americana music and so I search out music on the Lost Highway and Sugar Hill labels.
