Ever used VSE for Repairs/Mods?

Wondering if anyone can tell me about their experiences with VSE? I have a 12 year old Sony SCD777ES SACD player that needs a repair. Has anyone used Vacuum State Electronics on the east coast for repairs? Good experience and quality work?
