Thanks for your response to my question re bi amping...funny thing, i just upgraded from the esoteric d2 series to (believe it or not) a NAD player...the new masters M5. Although the esoteric is a sweet piece, it is not updateable and is more in the 14 year old range...I just unloaded mine for a song...hope that helps.
Esoteric D2 History? or updateable?
I have inherited a 12 year old D2 in very good condition.I have not tried it at all but its supposed to be 100% functional.Its value has probably sunk to that of a good 12 year old computer.Its such a well built piece I am reluctant to sling it out.It looks like Teac no longer offer updates for this model,any suggestions?
