Equitech 3RQE – Any comment?

A Equitech’s distributor told me that I can plug all of my stereo equipment into this Power Balanced Conditioner and the result is wonderful.
My stereo equipment are include: CDP, Clock, Pre-amp, Mono-block Power-amp. And my power-amp spec. is in below, my questions are:

1) If this 3RQE has good capacity to handle all my equipment?

2) Any comment of 3RQE? How much it will improve the sound quality you think? Because this piece of equipment re very expensive, I got to be very careful when make my decision.

3) What is the net market price of this equipment in U.S. now?

I have the Son Of Q , it is a built like a tank... I have two mono tube amps, pre, tuner, DAC and a few other things and it's no sweat for it.
