Epos M22i vs Usher 6311 used

Hi all
I want to buy a floorstand speaker with an affordable price.
Generally listening jazz, smooth jazz, chillout, classic rock but especially female vocal world music.
I have listened the usher rw 729 and loved the usher sound, I think the 6311 is similar.
I live in Turkey and prices are very different from USA, Usher 6311 is about 1400 usd and the Epos m22i is about 700 usd, almost same condition, and have read good reviews about Epos,
Can M22i compete with 6311?
