Enough Juice

Will my Adcom gfa-535 (rated at 60 watts / channel rms) sufficiently power a pair of Vandersteen 2 ce's ??

You'll be much happier with more "juice" though. You'll probably get plenty of volume, but may have some clipping if you're driving them hard (ie if you like to crank hard rock). It will probably be lacking dynamics too.

To hear a difference, you'll have to go a minimum of 120 watts for just a 3db increase or about 225-240 watts to get a 50% volume increase.
