Where did you get the 5 pin connector? I looked for years and could never find one. If you have that, I would try contacting a few of the smaller boutique cable manufacturers and see if they'd oblige you. (Maybe www.moon-audio.com) There have occasionally been people advertising new ones on Ebay (for astronomical prices.)
