Egg wasn't big on communications, or at least too very timely with their responses in the past. I guess that trend continues.

However if the attempts of calls and corespondance took place during CES times ... well there's the likely explanation.

The speakers may be good, but the company is awful with communications. Don't return calls/e-mails. Turned me off to them.

My experience with EW was very positive. My speakers were built on order and Jim Thompson replied to all my emails and phone calls in a timely manner. It's possible they are traveling for shows and have not gotten your message.

United Home Products in Annapolis Junction MD carries Egglestonworks. They are less than 45 miles from Arlington. You might want to call ahead to see what is on display, I have not been there in a while. They are two doors from the post office if you have trouble finding them.
