Does factory support exist for Tubes 4 HiFi / Vacuum Tube Audio / VTA Built Products?

Prior to purchase, support was very good. All questions answered quickly and courteously.

As built by VTA, my M-125's were very noisy, about 55db unweighted.

When I determined and reported the factory build errors, I received ZERO support.

After fixing build and design errors, the amps quietened almost 40db, now about ≈93db unweighted

In an effort to help others with similar problems, complete instructions:

Posting a topic on the Dynaco Tube Audio Forum resulted in deletion of my account, ALL topics and posts, including those complimented by Mr. Latino himself.

Apparently, DTAF only allows positive feedback?
