Make sure that you have adaquate power. The speakers are notoriously power hungry and very accurate. This translates into not just a lot power but lots of very good power, an expensive combination as if the MBLs weren't expensive enough as it was.
Does anyone use the older version MBL101's
I have been trying to buy a older version pair of the MBL 101 speakers. If anyone uses the older models, how do the hold up to the newer versions.? Has anyone modified the older speakers to improve in their bass performance. Any other tips for someone who can't afford the latest and greatest?
