Does anyone have any information on Snell lcr 1800

Curious to know details. Are these part of a surround system? picked up a pair and was told this is what they are. snell lucasfilm label but only a hand written model and serial#. not sure if its legit. also not sure if the tweeters are original. two are welded together and they look kinda mickeymouse. thnaks in advance. john
