Documentation for Well Tempered Turntable?

I have an original Well Tempered Turntable (with the square motor) for which I'm in need of the owners manual. I have to replace the cartridge, so I'll need the setup procedure at the very least. If anyone has an idea as to where I might be able to find this information, I'd appreciate hearing from you.
