Digital Signal Processing with Avantgarde Uno II?

I am considering purchasing a pair of these speakers second hand. In the original stereophile review of these, it was mentioned that they would be a natural candidate for DSP correction.

I know a lot of people use Tact in conjunction with Avantgarde speakers for correcting the response of these speakers. I haven't heard these setup with anything like that.

So what has people's experience in going down this path been?
