Differences btw speakers?

Monitor speakers are generally smaller "bookshelf" speakers.

Full is for FullRange and are normally floor standers

Planar speakers are like Martin Logans or Magnepans. It is a thin membrane between two charge stators that cause the membrane to move and cause sound, opposed to the cone setup of dynamic speakers
