Diferences between two digital cables AES/EBU

Does anyone have experience in terms of digital cable : Siltech Golden Ridge AES/EBU xlr and Kimber Select 2120 also AES/EBU xlr, and the main diferences between them ?
I have a Mark Levinson 37 as a drive, and Apogee DA 1000 E with externaly power suply PS 1000 E.
