DeepGroove Sub Platter for Rega Planar 3

I'm interested in any feedback regarding the Deep Groove Sub Platter for Planar 3. I've upgraded to the 'new' motor as well as the RB300 arm thru OL- full rewire and structural mod. Other components are Mac MC240 and AI Mod 2 and I listen to anything that spins..
Would like to hear the good the bad and the ugly regarding this upgrade

You can only go "so far" with upgrading a P3.
The main bearing is one of the major limiting factors.

I'd seriously consider other TTs as an option for the money you are spending.

I've read two reviews at the Vinyl Asylum. One raved about the improvement, the other was selling his because it made zero difference.
