DBX decoder software

Does anyone know of a software-based DBX decoder that's a standalone app or VST plugin of some sort? I have a DBX encoded vinyl super-disk of The Who's "Who Are You?" that I'd like to record to my computer. It's not worth listening to without the decoder. Any suggestions?

I recently sold a dbx 222 which could be used to decode the dbx encoded lps. It could also encode/decode for tape, which is what I used it for. Pretty sure it was the least expensive unit to do what you want. Of course the output is analog.
They are listed on ebay all the time.
