DAC w/2 analog out + digital pass thru?

I'm adding a server (Qsonix) to my system and want to take outputs to my 2 preamps and my digital distribution system. One of the 2 analog outs and the digital out may be in use at any given time. I'm fine if one of the analog outs is RCA and the other XLR, or if both are RCA. The digital out (pass thru) can be any of the usual suspects. Anyone know of a Dac with this output capability?
mfb technology

After several web searches, I found no applicable result for mfb technology. Do you have any further info on the company?

MSB, I got it.

The Apogee Mini-Dac (and probably other pro audio DAC's like the Benchmark and the Lavry Black) can do this. The Apogee has one xlr (balalnced) and two mini-plug single ended outputs. I use a mini-plug to rca cable with no obvious ill effect.
